Individual Services

Every individual who is involved in any kind of financial transaction either in the form of income, sales, purchase, payments, banking, investments must follow some compliances. It may involve PAN Card application, ITR filing, maintaining books of account in case of professionals. It is very cumbersome practice for individual to maintain their books of accounts and tax compliance.

If you don’t have PAN card and want to apply for PAN please follow the below process:

  • Fill online application form 49A for new PAN card.
  • Make payment.
  • Once the payment is successful, download and print your prefilled application form.
  • Paste photo, sign, attach documents and post to our address.

Proof of Identity:

You need to provide any one of document as Proof of address:

  • Aadhaar Card issued by the UIDAI; or
  • Elector’s photo identity card; or
  • Driving License; or
  • Passport
  • Ration card having photograph of the applicant; or
  • Arm’s license; or
  • Pensioner card having photograph of the applicant; or

Proof of DOB

You need to provide any one of document as Proof of address:

  • Aadhaar Card issued by the UIDAI; or
  • Elector’s photo identity card; or
  • Driving License; or
  • Passport
  • Matriculation certificate or Mark sheet of recognized board; or
  • Birth certificate issued by the competent authority
  • Domicile certificate issued by the Government; or
  • Central Government Health Service Scheme photo card
  • Marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriages; or

Proof of Address:

You need to provide any one of document as Proof of address:

  • Aadhaar Card issued by the UIDAI; or
  • Elector’s photo identity card; or
  • Driving License; or
  • Passport
  • Passport of the spouse; or
  • Post office passbook having address of the applicant; or
  • Latest property tax assessment order; or
  • Domicile certificate issued by the Government; or
  • Property Registration Document; or
  • Electricity Bill (latest 3 months old); or
  • Landline Telephone or Broadband connection bill (latest 3 months old); or
  • Water Bill (latest 3 months old); or
  • Consumer gas connection card or book or piped gas bill (latest 3 months old); or
  • Depository account statement (latest 3 months old); or
  • Credit card statement (latest 3 months old); or
  • Employer certificate in original

Maintaining Books of Accounts

As per income tax act under section 44AA gives details of who all are required to maintain books of accounts for the purpose of income tax. Businesses and professions are required to maintain the books of accounts for income tax purpose.

  • If gross receipts are more than Rs 2,50,000 in 3 preceding years for an existing profession.
  • If gross receipts are expected to be more than Rs 2,50,000 in case it is newly set up profession.
